How long will my helium balloons last?
Helium balloons are an amazing addition to every occasion, and we know you want them to last as long as possible. To keep your helium bouquets floating high, we utilize profesinal-grade balloons treated with Hi-Float for extra longevity. Our 11” and 18” balloons have an average float time of 3-5 days indoors, while our 2ft jumbo balloons average around 7 days. Keep in mind helium balloons may last longer if kept inside a climate-controlled location, but there's no guarantee.

How long will my balloons last?
It all begins with professional-grade balloons, which we use to create and design decor built just for you! Typically indoor balloon decor can last two weeks or more if kept away from heat and direct sunlight (though we can’t guarantee this). While we aim for longevity, after delivery balloons can pop early due to many diffrent factors — wether, heat, rough surfaces, plants, etc. Keep in mind we repair and replace any balloons damaged durring delivery and setup so your decor looks fresh and fabulous for your event.

What is the difference between Classic and organic decor styles?
Both organic and classic balloon decor add pops of color and pizazz to any event, but you may be wondering “What’s the diffrence?”. Classic style balloon decor is the essential building block for balloon design, featuring symetrical, uniform arrangements that give a polished, traitional look to your event. Organic style balloon decor is designed to mimic natural beauty, featuting various ballon sizes and diffrent textures to create a harmonious, asymetrical balance that flows with your event’s theme and venue.
-
What is a strike fee?
Strike fees apply when we return to the event location to safely dismantle framing and remove decor. Balloon displays that require mandatory strike fees include those with framing or rental equipment such as arches, columns, backdrops, and ceiling installations.
For balloon displays that do not use framing or rental equipment, strike service is optional — the client is responsible for removing, poping, and discarding the balloons. If you’d like us to remove any decor that does not use framing or rental items, ask to add the strike service and we'll take it down and clean up the balloons.
